How do I return or exchange my products?
We at Highawk strive to give you the quality product of your choice. However, if you receive an incorrect/damaged product, you can mail us at contact@highawk.com.
Please don’t forget to mention your contact details and Order number.
Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 5 days of delivery.
All the products purchased during special offers are not eligible for return and replacement.
Can Highawk arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?
Reverse pickup will be arranged only in the following conditions.
- Product damaged when received
- Product is defective in any way
I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
Please send us images of the product at contact@highawk.com and our Customer Care Executive will get back to you. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and once we have received the product, we will reimburse you in the form of a Highawk voucher or the product amount will be transferred to your bank account within 3-7 working days.
- Customers can return the order if the package is in bad condition, tampered with, or damaged before opening the parcel. Please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.
Can I get a refund on a canceled order?
Refunds will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days. Customers can cancel the order within 30 minutes after placing the order
Prepaid order:
For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to your bank account which will deliver within 24-48 hours of initiation.
Notes:
– The users are requested to check the size chart before placing an order.
– If any wrong orders were placed by the customer, he/she is entitled to bear the cost.
– Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
-The refund process shall be initiated once the original product has reached our warehouse and after completing the QC process at our end, the refund amount shall be given as a Highawk voucher where the customer can use the credits to purchase a new product or it will be transferred to the actual payment mode.
– Discount coupons used cannot be refunded. You will receive the same amount you paid at the time of making the purchase.
-In case the customer is looking for a refund in their respective bank account, a sum of Rs250/- will be charged per product as per the company’s guideline, to bear the cost/expenses of return and handling charges. However, the charges may differ depending on the product ordered by the customer.
– These charges are not for us, it is charged for the courier as return and handling charges. However, if you are looking for a refund as a Highawk voucher, we will waive off the charges from our end as a Gesture of Goodwill.
